2. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Giftora reserves the right to change prices, product descriptions and availability at any time without prior notice.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you confirm that the delivery and payment details you provide are accurate. A representative may contact you on the provided phone number to confirm your order and delivery schedule.
4. Payments
We accept UPI and Card payments. Payment is collected securely online at checkout. Full payment must be received before delivery of the products.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver within the promised time window. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather or unforeseen circumstances. In case of delay, our team will contact you to reschedule. Giftora is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns & Refunds
All gifts are prepared fresh and personalised for each order, so we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
7. Gift Cards & Vouchers
Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire on the date shown on the voucher, unless stated otherwise.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to scrape data. Any fraudulent activity will result in cancellation of orders and may be reported to the authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giftora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
